Skin test
All clients are required to undergo a skin test 48hrs prior to any technical services. If this is not possible then a disclaimer form needs to be signed.
- Re-dos
Even in the best run businesses, mistakes are made from time to time. We would prefer any complaints to be resolved by the stylist concerned. All re-dos are complimentary and stylists are there to ensure that clients are 100% happy with the service.
- Cancellations
Please note that 24 hrs notice is required for any cancellation

Payment
Most Credit Cards are accepted, as is cash, debit cards or cheque. We regret that we do not accept American Express. All prices include value added tax and are stated in Pound Sterling.

Vouchers
We offer gift vouchers, which we can be sent via Royal Mail to you or to a nominated party. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred for value
