Please note 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. There may be a deposit required for some services.

Re-dos

All re-dos are complimentary and stylists are there to ensure that clients are 100% happy with the service.

Skin test

The Professional safety colour consultation is required at least 48hrs before the colour appointment.

Liability

Bob makes every effort to ensure, but does not guarantee, the accuracy or completeness of the information on its Web Site. Our goal is to keep it timely and accurate. If you notice any errors, we will endeavour to correct them. Bob may add, change, improve or update the information of the Web Site without notice.

Payment

Most Credit Cards are accepted, as is cash, debit cards or cheque. We regret that we do not accept American Express. All prices include value added tax and are stated in Pound Sterling.

Bob accepts no responsibility with regards to such problems (failure or performance, computer virus, communication line failure, alteration of content etc.) incurred as a result of using this site or any link to external sites. Bob has no liability for the contents of any other websites to which it has links.

Vouchers

We offer gift vouchers, which we can be sent via Royal Mail to you or to a nominated party. Vouchers are valid for 6 months and cannot be redeemed for cash nor sold or transferred for value.
