Background / how you got into this industry / travel experiences / something interesting about yourself...

Before moving to London I worked as a freelance hair stylist in Sydney Australia and worked freelance as a hair and makeup artist for shows and photo shoots. On moving to London I spent 3 years as Manager at Miss Selfridge Oxford Street branch and then Selfridges before making the move to Bob

What motivates / inspires you in this industry?

I love people, travel, music and fashion and I like to leave people feeling good, which is why I find hairdressing so motivating and inspiring

What do you enjoy about your job?

I’m very much a people person. I love client interaction and I enjoy working with a great team in a beautiful environment

Awards and training

My 4 year apprenticeship included 2 years at college training in all aspects of hairdressing. I have completed cutting and colouring courses with L'Oréal and Keune as well as hosting numerous training shows, I also entered a number of Keune competitions. Some of my work for Keune received national publication

What hair item / product would you take to a desert island?

Silver Shampoo and a year’s supply of Powerdose treatments!

Favourite item of clothing?

It would have to be my purple leggings and Moroccan jewellery
