Background / how you got into this industry / travel experiences / something interesting about yourself...

I’ve always been an active girl. Before I moved to London I was a handball player and dancer. Originally from Plock in Poland, I moved to London to forward my career and perfect my English. When I was first told about Bob I fell in love with the story and knew it was the place for me. I was asked if I would like to work for Bob before it opened... I started as a receptionist when we had only two stylists working. So far working for the company has afforded me a great perspective on the industry and provided me with a great opportunity to progress into Marketing and PR role

What motivates / inspires you in this industry?

My team motivates me. Their creativity and energy are pretty infectious

What do you enjoy about your job?

I look forward to going to work every day. I enjoy watching the stylists transform people and of course I’m there to help. It’s my pleasure to welcome our clients and ensure we give them the best experience. The feeling that I’m helping to create a brand is also a motivator. It’s like building a community

What hair item / product would you take to a desert island?

It would be Kerastase Bain Volumactive Shampoo to give me the lift, strength, shine and softness! It’s all about body and fullness!

Favourite item of clothing?

It would have to be my silver leather zip jacket... although a bit Yuri Gagarin, it’s very me!
